These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Haworth Distribution LLC (“Haworth Distribution LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to carriers, owner-operators, and transportation companies using our dispatch and related transportation support services.
By engaging Haworth Distribution LLC for dispatch services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Dispatch Services
Haworth Distribution LLC provides dispatch and administrative support services to carriers and transportation companies. Our services may include:
Searching for available freight and loads
Communicating with brokers and shippers on behalf of the Carrier
Rate negotiation
Load booking and coordination
Pickup and delivery scheduling
Providing load and rate confirmation information
Broker and customer communication
Detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorial assistance
Backhaul and return-load assistance
Carrier setup and administrative support
General operational communication and support
Haworth Distribution LLC does not guarantee any specific number of loads, revenue, rate, mileage, or profit.
2. Carrier Responsibility
The Carrier remains responsible for operating its equipment legally and safely and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Carrier is responsible for:
Maintaining proper operating authority and required permits
Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
Ensuring drivers are properly licensed and qualified
Maintaining safe and properly maintained equipment
Verifying load information before accepting a load
Completing pickups and deliveries as agreed
Providing accurate information to Haworth Distribution LLC
Communicating promptly regarding delays, breakdowns, accidents, or other issues
Haworth Distribution LLC does not assume responsibility for the Carrier's equipment, drivers, cargo, or transportation operations.
3. Load Information and Communication
Haworth Distribution LLC may communicate with Carriers regarding available loads, pickup and delivery information, scheduling, driver location, load status, rate confirmations, and other matters related to transportation operations.
Communication may take place by telephone, SMS/text message, email, or other agreed communication methods.
By providing contact information and authorizing Haworth Distribution LLC to communicate with you, you agree that we may contact you regarding your dispatch services, active or potential loads, scheduling, and other operational matters.
4. SMS Terms of Service
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Haworth Distribution LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to our dispatch and transportation services.
SMS messages may include:
Available load information and load offers
Pickup and delivery details
Load status and scheduling updates
Requests for truck or driver availability
Follow-ups regarding previously discussed loads
Dispatch coordination and operational updates
Customer and carrier support
Message frequency may vary depending on your dispatch activity, active loads, and communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Haworth Distribution LLC unless you provide consent again.

5. Dispatch Fees and Payments
Dispatch fees, payment terms, and any other applicable charges will be communicated to the Carrier before services begin or as otherwise agreed between the parties.The Carrier agrees to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed payment terms.
6. No Guarantee of Freight or Revenue
Haworth Distribution LLC makes reasonable efforts to locate suitable freight based on the Carrier's equipment, location, preferences, and availability. However, freight availability, rates, lanes, and market conditions can change.
We do not guarantee:
A specific number of loads
A specific revenue amount
A specific rate per mile
A specific number of miles
Any minimum weekly income or profit
7. Carrier Authorization
The Carrier authorizes Haworth Distribution LLC to communicate with brokers, shippers, and other transportation-related parties as necessary to perform the agreed dispatch services.
The Carrier remains responsible for reviewing and approving loads before accepting them.
8. Confidentiality and Information
Haworth Distribution LLC will use information provided by the Carrier for purposes related to providing dispatch and administrative services. We will not sell personal information or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with brokers, shippers, carriers, service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to perform dispatch or transportation-related services.
9. Termination
Either the Carrier or Haworth Distribution LLC may terminate the dispatch relationship according to the terms agreed between the parties.
Upon termination, any unpaid fees or other amounts owed for services already provided remain due.
